Setting user policies 4-17
Selecting users

Click [Admin Login] in OfficeBridge, and log in (page 1-7).
This function may also be available on Guest and User login screen, depending on user policy
settings.

Click [Machine Mgmt. Settings], and then [User Policy].

Display the User Policy setting screen.
See “Registering new user policies” (page 4-14) step 1 to 4.

Click [Select User] in “Select an adaptive user(s)”.

Select the users to add from the user list, and click [Add].
If groups are registered, you can filter the displayed users by group using the [Group] pull-
down menu.

Click [Save].

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the settings and return to the “User Policy” screen.
NOTE
You cannot deselect users. To adopt a different user policy to users, either change that
on User Registration screen (page 2-2) or display the new user policy and select the
users.
